Well actually, those are my pups, Mocha & Kaydence. 

Real estate is full of surprises, pressure, and high-stakes decisions—and you shouldn’t navigate it alone. My role is to protect your interests, anticipate problems before they arise, and guide you through the process with clarity and confidence.

    I’ve built my real estate business intentionally through repeat clients and referrals from people I have real relationships with. Once you’re in my sphere, my goal is to remain a long-term resource—whether you’re ready to buy or sell now or you need time to plan, learn, and prepare before making a move. I believe the best real estate decisions are made with education, clarity, and honest guidance—not pressure.


    Since entering real estate, I’ve completed over 130 transactions in five years. Clients consistently tell me they appreciate that I get things done and fix issues others say “can’t be done.” When challenges arise, I don’t give up until every possible avenue—and a little creativity—has been explored.


    I’m based in Millbury and have lived in the area for over 30 years, serving Central Massachusetts with a focus on Central and Southern Worcester County and Middlesex County, particularly communities east of Worcester along the Route 146 and I-495 corridors. I work with both buyers and sellers and have experience across a wide range of property types, including equestrian and unique homes, as well as complex situations.

    I take a long-term, relationship-based approach to real estate. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all strategies or rushing people into decisions. I prefer working with move-up buyers, first-time buyers, downsizers, and relocation clients who value guidance, communication, and thoughtful strategy.


    I’m known for being a bulldog when it matters. If something feels stuck or impossible, I lean in harder. I anticipate issues, problem-solve quickly, and work closely with a trusted team of professionals to keep transactions moving forward and protect my clients’ interests.


    Communication is a big part of my process. I use email for ongoing updates, available homes, and transaction details. Text messages keep us connected day-to-day, and phone calls or in-person meetings are reserved for bigger conversations—plans, changes, questions, and strategy. My clients always know what’s happening and why.

    Once your home is under contract, you’ll receive a weekly email that includes comparable sales, current market conditions, buyer feedback, and clear recommendations for next steps. Markets vary significantly by town, price point, and property type, so we use real-time data to make informed, dynamic decisions throughout the process.


    I stay on top of every deadline, detail, and negotiation so you don’t have to. My role is to guide you, advocate for your best outcome, and help you feel confident at every stage of the sale.

    We start with a conversation—ideally six months to a year before you plan to buy—so we can create a clear plan and position you for success. Once we’re actively searching, we’ll talk throughout the week about homes that could be a good fit and schedule showings as the right opportunities become available. Depending on your goals, that may mean touring homes weekly or only a few times a month if you’re looking for something unique or specific.


    I’m a tough but thoughtful negotiator who works to get you the best possible outcome while keeping deals together. Throughout the process, you’ll receive honest feedback, clear communication, and guidance so you always know what’s happening and can make confident decisions from start to finish.
